Ongoing pain can be debilitating and learning to live with chronic pain that has resulted from illness or injury can be an overwhelming experience.

Living with chronic pain can be exhausting and for some sufferers, very lonely.  

Whilst the absence of pain may not be achievable, learning techniques to turn the intensity of the discomfort down can make the difference between living in isolation and getting back out into the world.

The goal is not the absence of pain, but to implement tools and strategies you can use regularly and simply, to reduce the discomfort so you can continue to live a productive and rewarding life.
